New construction of an office building in Lemgo, Herforder Str. 101

The entire area was originally built up with operational buildings of a nursery. Gradually, the area was developed with buildings of different uses of commercial real estate. The resulting gap in the building will be closed and through the planning into a modern office building for a tax consultancy office.

The first floor will have a clinker facade, while the upper floor will have a curtain wall of Equitone panels. The overhang of the upper floor is held by V-columns, which gives the building tract a certain lightness.

Parking spaces with charging columns for e-mobility will be built below the cantilever.

New parking lot facilities with underground rain retention are planned for the building complex. The perimeter areas should be landscaped with native deciduous trees.
