Marktkauf Supermarket in Seelze, Hannoversche Straße

On the former company site of the owner, the supermarket was planned and built together with an Aldi market. The building was errected as a reinforced concrete skeleton construction with cellular concrete slabs on the façade.

The social and administrative areas are situated on the first floor above the entrance to the supermarket.

The colour scheme had to be applied according to the instructions of the tenant.

Parking spaces as well as car traffic and lorry access ways were spatially divided between Marktkauf and Aldi markets.
