Senior living in Bad Sassendorf

The site in the center of the village was built up with a vacant retail space, in the direct vicinity of the spa park. The building was demolished and a senior citizens' housing complex was built on this site.

Centrally located, the residential wings extend along the Gartenstrasse and Kaiserstrasse street lines, as well as a radiating central wing.

The lounge area was planned as a rotunda and forms a central meeting point for residents and visitors and is thus the central access area for the different parts of the building and at the same time provides a link to the outdoor space and the center of the community.

The senior living facility offers 53 single rooms and 7 short-term care places on two floors. The own garden area is used for recreation and leisure. The facility also has its own café. Furthermore, there is a facility for day care in the building.

The building complex in the center of the community of Bad Sassendorf offers residents an excellent infrastructure for daily needs. The transport connections to the public transport system regionally and supra-regionally as well as for individual transport are exceptionally good.
