Construction of a shopping centre for Marktkauf OHG in Moscow, Kotelniki quarter, Novoryasanskoye Schosse 6

The project was developed jointly with the client and contracted to a Russian-based firm, which is responsible for any necessary permits as well as for ensuring compliance with Russian norms and laws. This firm acts as general contractor and will build the entire complex on a turn-key basis.

This shopping centre consists of a supermarket, a mall with shops, a DIY market with gardening centre, as well as storerooms and pertinent social and administrative areas.

Additionally, the main administrative office of Marktkauf RUS is integrated into the complex, and dwellings for employees have been constructed to the rear of the shopping centre.

The construction of the market buildings consists of reinforced steel skeleton with steel plate girders. There is a saddle roof with insulated panels on a reinforced concrete sandwich base; in view of the climate, much stronger insulation than usual is planned.

Delivery areas with docking stations will be adapted to the specific safety demands of Russia.
